It's a great place for base camp while exploring the volcanic devistation, or climbing the Three Sisters Mountain Range. Off in the distant is the North Sister and a partial view of the Middle Sister.

Description}: The title came from my thought when I first saw this pic up close. It looks , to me, like a photo of a WWI soldier complete with his helmet and backpack. Actually it's a May Fly sitting on my knee cap. I've heard, with no confirmation, that a May Fly's life span is about 24 hours.
